On fête ce mois-ci le 50e anniversaire de Universal Hero Kamal Hassan dans l'industrie du cinéma. Pour l'occasion un programme spécial sera diffusé le 30 août sur la chaine Vijay TV:

CHENNAI: In order to celebrate the 50-year film journey of actor Kamal Haasan, Vijay TV will organise month-long events across the State.

Announcing this at a press meet here on Sunday, channel head K. Sriram said the event titled ‘Ulaganayagan Kamal Aimbathu — Oru Thodarum Sarithiram’ will witness activities across the State and invite Indian film industry’s top-slot actors to felicitate the actor, who entered the filmdom in 1959.

The first phase of the event will see a customised ‘Kamal Bus,’ which will travel to various cities to attract thousands of his fans. The bus will visit film trade centres and fan clubs in Tamil Nadu and in Bangalore. An exclusive photo exhibition featuring rare photographs of Kamal Haasan sourced from the actor himself will be displayed on the bus.

A signature campaign, in which film artists, technicians and fans will sign on long canvases, will be part of phase I. An ‘Iyal Isai Nadaga Tiruvizha’ will be the second phase, which will be conducted in Madurai, Coimbatore and Chennai.

At Madurai, ‘Tamizhum Kamalum,’ an event that would witness speakers from the literary circle discussing Kamal Haasan’s flair for the language will be conducted on August 30. ‘Kamalum Kadhalum,’ a musical night featuring the evergreen romantic songs of the actor, will be held in Coimbatore on September 4. A three-week ‘Kamal Haasan Film Festival’ will also be organised at Sathyam Cinemas, Chennai.

The channel will host a 16-episode series on his childhood days as an actor, his first passion — theatre, and his life in cinema. Some of the inspiring and emotional tales of Kamal Haasan narrated by his contemporaries will be aired.

Rounding off the celebrations, the channel will conduct a mega on-stage event with Kamal Haasan and film stars including Amitabh Bachchan, Rajinikanth, Sharukh Khan, Mammooty, Mohanlal, Sridevi and Chiranjeevi in the second week of September.

Core team members of the event, including actor Sarath Kumar, A.R. Murugadoss, Khushboo, Myshkin, S.P.B. Charan, Yugi Sethu, Cheran, cinematographer Ravi K. Chandran, waxed lyrical on the actor’s contribution to the film industry. Mr. Murugadoss said that Eldam’s Road should be named after Kamal Haasan as a mark of honour to the actor “who took Tamil film industry to a global platform.”

Bon, la seule raison pour laquelle je verrais ce film, c'est bien le combo inédit Kamal Hassan/Mohanlal. Je n'ai pas du tout aimé l'original hindi, qui m'a ennuyé comme jamais et qui était franchement limite, j'espère qu'il a un peu retravaillé le scénario Kamal!

Ah oui, en effet. Faudrait que je prenne l'habitude de visualiser les messages que je poste.

Perso il me tente pas plus que ca mais bon....
Par contre je fais un petit HS, je vais encore passer pour la fille qui descend de sa planète mais depuis quand Ayngaran fait de la pub pour les productions Bollywood ?

Ils nous mettent la promo pour Wanted avec les horaires de diffusion du film à Pantin ?? J'ai loupé un métro encore ??

Ca devient n'importe quoi. Pour le prochain film de Kamal avec Tamanna. Tamanna demande plus d'argent si elle doit l'embrasser. Je comprend si elle refuse mais là elle passe pour autre chose.

Dites-moi les tamilous, j'ai totalement honte de l'avouer, mais je n'ai jamais vu le grand Kamal en action si ce n'est dans quelques clips ...
Comme j'ai un peu plus de temps maintenant , je vais me faire quelques séances de ratrappage , je voudrais en profiter pour voir un Kamal ou deux.
Z'auriez pas des suggestions de "flims" pour bien commencer ?

Plein de suggestions ^^ :

Par ordre de préférence :

- Moondram Pirai / Sadma : Sridevi souffre d'un handicap mental après un accident, et Kamal l'instituteur timide prend soin d'elle. Très joli film intimiste.

-Hey Ram, bien gore, bien déprimant, et un Kamal Caméléon au meilleur de sa forme (c'est aussi lui qui réalise)


- Nayagan : Kamal + Mani Rathnam + Ilayaraja dans cette histoire de gangster qui a de faux airs de Parrain.


-Aalavandhan : Bon gros film d'action avec Kamal en super flic et en psychopathe. Enorme.


- 16 Vayathinile : drame réaliste rural, avec Sridevi en belle du village, Kamal en idiot dudit village, et puis Superstar Rajini dans un bon rôle de méchant.


- Saagara Sangamam / Salangai Oli : pour voir Kamal danser.



Voilà pour les films que j'aime beaucoup.

Et pour ceux qu'il faut à tout prix éviter : Dasavatharam, Dasavatharam, et Dasavatharam.

Et d'une manière générale, les films récents de Kamal.

Pareil qu'A2line, en sachant que j'ai passé 16Vayithinile à Candice, donc il est dans le sud et tu peux l'avoir aisément^

Ah oui, Ghanan, je crois qu'on a oublié de te dire, mais faut pas regarder DASAVATARAM!!! Et je suis d'accord avec A2, ses films récents sont loin d'être du niveau de ce qu'il faisait avant...
Et encore une fois, je plussoie totalement les choix d'A2, même si mon ordre de préférence n'est pas le même (Salangai Oli est mon top 1 par exemple )

Manmadhan Ambu has officially kick started and according to highly placed sources from the production house, the crew is travelling abroad in batches starting from June 9 to 15. A total of 90 crew members are expected to travel with Kamal and Trisha already proceeding to France.


First leg of the shoots will be held in France and Kamal, Trisha, Madhavan and Sangeetha are expected to take part in it.

The movie will be shot extensively abroad and the crew has plans to shoot in Rome, Venice and Malaysia as well. It’s also learnt that major part of the movie will be shot in a luxury cruise liner and that the producers are holding discussions to hire a huge ship for the purpose.




Huhu J'imagine déjà un super Loveboat Tamoul , avec Kamal en capitaine à cheveux blancs, Madhavan en docteur de bord et Trisha et Sangeetha en hotesses de croisière, tous en bermuda, oh ouiii! Je suis impatiente de savoir qui reprend le rôle du barman ! (Prabhu Deva ? Bharath ? ... )

Kamal's 'Vazhve Mayam' in 'Manmadhan Ambu'

Kamal Haasan is getting ready to take his fans to the early 1980s, a period in which he was the hot and happening romantic hero of Tamil film industry.

The actor, who is busy shooting for his romantic comedy 'Manmadhan Ambu', directed by K S Ravikumar and produced by Udhayanidhi Stalin, in Paris, is planning to have a new look in the film.


Bon ! L'esprit du projet a l'air d'être "back to the original Kamal", je suppose que c'est bon signe ... (à moins que ce ne soit qu'une mensongère (et infame ) manoeuvre pour allècher les fans ) ^^ .... et ça correspond totalement à l'époque de Loveboat !!


Or you can also call it as the old look; for all that the 'Ulaga Nayagan' aiming is to recreate the 'Vazhve Mayam' kind of look. "He has been working out in the gym regularly to get it," say sources.

'Manmadhan Ambu', which also features Madhavan and Trisha, has script by Kamal himself. This is first time for Trisha to work with Kamal while Madhavan had earlier shared the screen space with the ace actor in the classic 'Anbe Sivam'.

After completing the first schedule on a star cruiser in Europe, the ‘Manmadhan Ambu’ unit, which recently started the second schedule in Chennai, is currently busy canning some important scenes in Kodaikanal.

According to sources, scenes involving Madhavan and Trisha are being canned at the hill station, for this film starring Kamal Hassan in the lead role. The entire unit is thoroughly enjoying the work, sources say.

They add: “Known for extracting the best from everyone he is working, director K S Ravikumar, the fast-track hit maker of Tamil cinema, is actively shaping up the film. Both Kamal and Ravi are happy with the way things are coming out.”

Expected to be a romantic laugh riot, ‘Manmadhan Ambu’ is produced by Udhayanidhi Stalin on Red Giant Movies banner. The script is by the Ulaga Nayagan himself while music is by Devi Sri Prasad, who composed the background score for ‘Dasavatharam’.
