ILEANA

Ileana D'Cruz est l'une des dernières révélations féminines du cinéma telugu. Cette toute jeune actrice est née le 19 août 1987 à Bombay. Elle vient à peine de débuter sa carrière qu'elle jouit déjà d'une très grande popularité. Il faut dire qu'elle a fait sensation d'entrée. Devadasu, son premier film, a rencontré un franc succès et Pokiri, son deuxième film, a été le plus gros carton au Box Office de l'année 2006 et l'un des plus gros cartons de toute l'histoire de Tollywood. Elle a poursuivi sa lancée en tournant avec des acteurs populaires tels que Ravi Teja, NTR Junior et Prabhas. Son dernier film à être sorti s'intitule Aata et elle y joue avec une autre star montante du Sud, Siddarth. Ileana a pour elle un charisme incroyable à l'écran (elle est canon quoi!!) et en plus elle se débrouille plutôt bien niveau interprétation.

Sri: So, how are you enjoying the success of Jalsa and good response for your role in Bhale Dongalu?

It is a double bonanza for me. I am really happy about the success of the both the films!

Sri: Your film Pokiri was much bigger success than the debut film Devadas.. .

True, but Devadas is always close to my heart as it is my debut film and the character I did in Devadas is close to my original self. So I love Devadas a lot, not that I don't love Pokiri, but I surely like Devadas more!

Sri: You worked with best directors in Telugu within a short span!

Of course, I am very lucky to work with wonderful directors like YVS gaaru, Puri Jaganath, Krishnavamsi, V.N.Aditya, Trivikram gaaru, Vijayabhaskar gaaruetc. It is luck and my hard work which paid off to work with such a great directors.

Sri: How was your interaction with them?

I never had any problem with anyone. Working with them is like learing a new thing every day! But, above all, I definitely have gratitude towards YVS gaaru. I was totally a newcomer when I was doing Devadas and did not know anything about films. It is he who taught me patiently. So I am definitely more indebted to him than to others.

Sri: How do you rate yourself as an actress?

I am working hard and I am improving with every film, I could say, but I think others should tell that, and not myself (laughs)!

Sri: How was working with heroes Like Pawan Kalyan, Mahesh and NTR Jr.?

Pawan gaaru and Mahesh gaaru are both much reserved people. They never used to interfere with others' works - their policy was to keep to themselves, complete their work and go. Tarak (NTR Jr.) is fun to work with. He mingles with everyone easily. But everyone is a real professional in that they all work equally hard for scene betterment.

Sri: How was it working with Siddharth?

Sri: Everyone knows that you are hot property in Telugu, but since you also worked in a Tamil film, I ask this: Any plans of continuing there also?

My film in Tamil didn't do well there, and I was not really happy working in Tamil either. I had a bad experience working in that film. So I am not really keen to work in Tamil films in future, unless a good opportunity comes in. Though I was offered the Tamil version of Pokiri, I was unable to work for it then due to clash of dates with the other Tamil film I was doing and I also met with an accident and was not able to work for sometime caused delays in completion of my other films too.

Sri: How do you feel being the highest paid actress in Telugu?

Who said that I am highest paid? All those are rumors, and I do not think I am at that level where people cannot reach me! I am reasonably paid ..not over-paid definitely.

Ileana is the hottest heroine in Tollywood. There is virtually no one to come anywhere close to her in terms of glamour and charisma among the audience. Ileana is a long legged beauty with a perfect hour glass figure.

She has everything, good looks, great screen presence and also a figure to die for. But there is one 'small' issue. Many of her fans have only one complaint against her. Her bosom is not as well rounded and full as people would love to.

Many actors like Sushmitha Sen, Rakhi Sawant etc. suffered from the same problem. But they rectified it with silicon implants and got their breasts enlarged. It is an altogether different matter than Rakhi Sawant later got the transplants removed as they were causing a lot of pain.

It is understood that Ileana is now seriously toying with the idea for going in for silicon implants. Her fans would be really happy to hear about this 'big' news.

The latest buzz doing the rounds in Kollywood is that Tollywood beauty Ileana has been urged to do a movie with Vikram.

Sources say the movie to be directed by K S Ravikumar might go to floors by this year-end.

Vikram is busy with ‘Kanthaswamy’, while Ravikumar is pre-occupied with the release of his magnum opus ‘Dasavatharam’ starring Kamal Haasan.

Ileana had made her debut in Tamil with ‘KD’ opposite Ravikrishna. However, she is a busy actress in Telugu filmdom and is having a wonderful career.

Elle va aussi jouer dans Sultan the Warrior aux côtés de Rajini et ça semble se confirmer pour le projet avec Vikram:

Tollywood glam doll Ileana has been roped in to act with 'Superstar' Rajinikanth in ‘Sultan The Warrior’, an animated film being directed by the top actor's daughter Soundarya.

Ileana, who entered Kollywood with ‘Kedi’ opposite Ravi Krishna, would begin her second innings in Tamil filmdom with Sultan.

Besides, she has also been asked to share the screen with Vikram in a movie to be directed by K S Ravikumar. Vikram would act in two different roles in this project.
